Slow Cooked Apple & Raspberry Oats

 2 apples, washed peeled and thinly sliced
 1 cup frozen raspberries
 1 cup oats
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp ginger
 1 cup coconut milk
 3 cups water

Add all ingredients (except the raspberries) to your slow cooker

Slow cook on low overnight (8 hours) or 2.5 hours on high

While still hot, mix through the raspberries

Serve with coconut yoghurt or yoghurt of choice.
