 6 cups Filtered water
 4 Fresh pitted dates
 2 tbsp tahini
 1 tsp organic vanilla extra
 ¼ tsp sea salt

- Soak pumpkin seeds for at least 1 hour
- Combine all ingredients
- Blend until smooth
- Strain through a nut milk bag or muslin cloth
- Store in mason jars
- Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days

- Use for smoothies, porridges, milk alternatives
