 2 cups blanched almond meal
 5 tbsp coconut flour
 2 eggs
 ½ cup coconut sugar
 2 tbsp honey (optional)
 1 cup squeezed orange juice
 1 tbsp orange rind
 1 tsp grated ginger
 1 tsp cinnamon powder
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 ½ tsp vanilla
 1 ½ tsp baking powder
 Pinch of sea salt

Preheat your oven to @180 degree's

In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and combine well

In a second bowl, mix the eggs, orange juice, orange rind, grated ginger, oil, honey & vanilla

Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix well

Line a brownie tin or bread pan with baking paper

Transfer to the over and bake @180 degrees for 45- 50 minutes or until golden brown.
