 2 tbsp Ground Cumin
 2 tbsp Ground Coriander
 1 tbsp Ground Turmeric
 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
 1.50 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 1 tsp Ground dry mustard
 ½ tsp Ground cardamom
 Sprinkle of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients together
And store in a glass jar.
Store in the cupboard or fridge - for up to 2 months.

When making a curry, the general rule is 1 TBSP of curry powder to 400 mls of coconut (or fluid).

This recipe makes a mild Indian curry flavour which is gentle enough for babies and toddlers.
If making this for adults, add some fresh chilli
