Almond Nut Butter

Ingredients:
 400 g raw or activated almond nuts
 2 tsp sweetener: coconut sugar/raw honey. (optional - you can leave this step out)
 ½ tsp Himalayan rock salt
 50 g cold pressed, unheated macadamia nut oil
Utensils:
 For this, you will need a food processor, or blender.

Method:
1

Place nuts into your food processor.

Add sugar + salt

Blend until a paste is formed

Add oil, & blend again, until a smooth texture is formed

5

Place into an airtight container, & keep refrigerated
