Choc chip bliss balls
 8 medjool dates
 1 ½ cups blanched almond meal
 ½ cup dark chocolate chips (mixed through)
 1 tsp vanilla
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1 pinch sea salt
Cranberry & coconut bliss balls
 8 medjool dates
 1 cup blanched almond meal
 ½ cup shredded coconut (sulfite free)
 ½ cup preservative free dried cranberries (mixed through)
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1 pinch seasalt
Double chocolate bliss balls
 1 cup blanched almond meal
 8 medjool dates
 ½ cup walnuts
 ½ cup shredded coconut (sulfite free)
 2 tbsp cacao
 2 tbsp walnut oil
 ½ cup dark chocolate chips (mixed through)
 1 pinch sea salt

For all recipes the method remains the same

Add all ingredients to a food processor (except for ingredients which say, "mixed through" beside them, such as choc chips or the dried cranberries

Blend until a smooth consistency is formed (add a little extra coconut oil if you need for them to stick)

Mix through the choc chips or cranberries with your hands if you are using them. This gives the balls some more texture

With the mixture, let the kids sit there, and roll them into balls. This is a great sensory activity for them!

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. This will last for 4-5 days.
